Kelloggs slim diet...

- 1 bowl of Kelloggs cereals at breakfast
- normal lunch (easy on the pasta/chips/sauces/fat/etc...)
- a cup of black coffee (no sugar/no milk) and a dry toast/cereal bar mid afternoon
- 1 bowl of Kelloggs cereals at dinner
- lots of water

... and make an effort to go to the gym from Monday to Friday (2 days full workout/2 days just swimming/1 day just cardio machines)

Let's see what happens after 2 weeks!!!

Most of our body fat is storage from sugar intakes!
